A One-Day Manifestation Workshop
Call the Future™ is a one-day workshop designed to introduce you to the Call the Future manifestation app created by Michael Bruno. This workshop is being offered for 2 dates only: May 28th and June 11th. In addition to learning how to put this powerful manifestation process to work, you will enjoy a walk in the woods, lunch at Michael’s home in Tuxedo Park, and dinner at Valley Rock Inn. The app will be released to the public later this year.
Call the Future is a manifestation app that will guide you to create the life of your wildest dreams. The app was created by Michael Bruno and is based on a lifetime of learning and ongoing discovery. It will be released to the public later this year.
For those of you who do not know Michael, he is the owner and visionary behind Valley Rock Inn and the founder of 1stdibs.com. Michael created 1stdibs in 2000; it went on to become a publicly traded company valued at over $1 billion shortly after its debut. He was credited by the design industry for bringing the internet to the design world and paving the way for how people shop for luxury items online.
A chapter of Michael’s life was featured in the movie based on Think and Grow Rich, the world’s best-selling self-help book by Napoleon Hill. The film recreates his Think Rain campaign, which morphed into a collective effort to focus thought and successfully end a severe drought in California in the 1980s.
The one-day workshop will walk you through starting a daily thought practice to create the life of your wildest dreams. You will be led through six steps rooted in ancient teachings that guide you to create a vision for your life.
Following the daily practice will ignite an alchemical process to transform your thoughts, elevate your emotions, and inspire actions that align with your vision.
As your thoughts, feelings, and actions align, you become your vision.
In addition to learning how to put this powerful manifestation process to work, the workshop will include a walk in the woods, lunch at Michael’s historic home in Tuxedo Park, and dinner at Valley Rock Inn.
About Michael Bruno
Michael Bruno is the creator of Call the Future™, founder of 1stdibs.com, and the visionary behind Valley Rock Inn. Known for his bold ideas and ability to bring dreams into form, Michael has spent a lifetime turning thought into reality.
A lifelong achiever, he won a Junior Olympics gold medal, set a Colorado state swimming record, and took first prize for lambs at the Colorado State Fair. Even early in life, he had a gift for focus, discipline, and execution—whether in the pool, the show ring, or the business world.
His journey into conscious creation began in the early 1980s when he read Think and Grow Rich—the world’s best-selling self-help book of all time by Napoleon Hill—on a beach in La Jolla California. That same day, he set two bold goals: to get his real estate license by the end of summer and to build a billion-dollar company by the time he was in his 50’s. He achieved both. By his late twenties, he had become one of California’s top-producing real estate agents, generating over $1 million a year in commissions.
He went on to found 1stdibs, the groundbreaking online marketplace that changed how the world shops for luxury design. The company went public on Nasdaq in 2018 and reached a valuation of over $1 billion. A chapter of Michael’s life was featured in Think and Grow Rich: The Movie, which recreated his Think Rain campaign from the 1980’s—a collective thought exercise that successfully ended a severe drought in California in 48 hours.
Michael’s spiritual journey began in his twenties, sparked by reading A Course in Miracles and a growing awareness of the power of thought. It deepened profoundly during a transformational trip to Egypt, where he joined a group led in part by Marianne Williamson. During an all-night meditation inside the King’s Chamber of the Great Pyramid, he experienced a deep shift in awareness and realized that there is far more to our existence than we’ve been taught.
Michael later revitalized the historic heart of a small Hudson Valley village, purchasing and restoring 17 buildings and creating Valley Rock Inn—a thriving destination for food, nature, and wellness that earned him New York State’s Pillar of Preservation Award. Today, thousands of people visit Valley Rock each month to dine, learn, connect with nature, and celebrate life events, including weddings, birthdays and retreats.
Backed by ancient wisdom and Nobel Prize–winning science, creating Call the Future™ is the next chapter on Michael’s journey—a manifestation app designed to help others consciously choose their thoughts, align with their vision, and create the life they were born to live.
The day will begin at 8:30 AM at Happy Time Hall at Valley Rock Inn. Happy Time Hall is located above the organic market. You can park in the lot at 27 Mill Street in one of the spaces designated for Valley Rock Inn. Coffee, green juice, and a light bite will be served.
Our first session will begin shortly after, followed by a walk in the woods. Upon returning, we’ll dive into the second session, which will continue until around 12:30 PM, when we’ll head to Michael’s home in Tuxedo Park for lunch.
After lunch, we’ll move into the third and final session, wrapping up the day with a sharing circle.
We’ll conclude with dinner at Valley Rock Inn at 5:30 PM.
