At our retreats, we incorporate hiking, yoga, meditation, breathing techniques, table tennis, and dance. All of these activities can activate your heart and brain synchronization.

• Sensory Engagement: Immersion in nature stimulates the creative right brain through sights, sounds, and smells, while navigating terrain engages the analytical left brain.

Energy and muscle strength.

Biocharger

The BioCharger is a new piece of energy equipment that we are trying. I decided to get one to experiment with because Tony Robbins has seven of them. He seems to know what works. You are free to use it while you are here. One of the things I like about it is that the BioCharger folks say you only need to sit by it for 15 minutes. More information will be provided.

Cold dip and sauna

Combining sauna heat with cold dips enhances circulation, reduces inflammation, and boosts immunity. The heat relaxes and detoxifies, while the cold invigorates and energizes, leaving you balanced, refreshed, and ready to thrive.

Gym

Work out in our 7,000 sq. ft. gym. If you like the feeling you get from lifting weights, you won’t be disappointed by our well-equipped 24-hour gym.

Spin

Movement is life. We have a spin room with 24 bikes in case the weather doesn’t allow us to get outdoors.

Sync it Up! is an all-inclusive retreat.

We have 20 guest rooms, all with their own baths. All rooms have queen or king beds with Casper mattresses and Frette linens. We think you will like the way they are furnished.

Dining

Sync it Up! is an all-inclusive retreat.

You will never go hungry. We have an on-site organic market with green juice on tap. You can help yourself anytime you like. We have two restaurant kitchens, and we are known for our many dining venues throughout the property to keep each meal interesting. Our food is fresh and clean, and we offer extensive proteins. You can be vegan or a carnivore. We serve wine and cocktails, with the exception of our January dates.
