SBR Retreat is a two-night, three-day immersive fitness and wellness experience held at the Valley Rock Inn. Led by Dan Flores, Chris John, and a curated team of expert practitioners, this retreat is designed for individuals looking to reset, recharge, and build sustainable momentum in their health and fitness.

Stress Reset: A Hypnotic Experience to Calm the Nervous System and Restore Balance

A deeply calming seminar designed to help participants release tension, quiet the mind, and settle the nervous system.

Through guided hypnotic experiences and simple awareness practices, guests are supported in shifting out of constant mental activation and into a more grounded, restorative state.

This 90-minute mindfulness workshop will allow you to pause, reset, and cultivate presence In the Now for the year ahead.

Blending humanistic principles, psychodynamic insight, and the foundational attitudes of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), the workshop invites you to slow down, tune into the body, and meet your moment-to-moment experience with compassion rather than judgment. You’ll engage in guided mindfulness practices—no prior meditation experience necessary—and explore how old belief systems and past experiences shape your present reactions. Through a gentle, grounded approach, the workshop helps you develop awareness, emotional resilience, and a kinder relationship with yourself.

Radiant Renewal Retreat

Reconnect and recalibrate at a 3-day retreat with Jen Batson and Samantha Kearns. Through yoga, sound healing, energy work, and narrative practices, you’ll release old patterns and realign with your next chapter.

As you rest in each pose, a live soundscape of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other resonant instruments surrounds you, helping to quiet the mind, release tension, and promote deep nervous system restoration.
