Drawing from dream work, tarot archetypes, and Norse runes, participants learn how these symbolic systems can act as mirrors—helping us better understand our emotions, decisions, and inner patterns. Rather than fortune-telling, this experience focuses on self-inquiry, reflection, and intuitive awareness, offering tools participants can continue using long after the workshop ends. Guests will leave with a deeper appreciation for the symbolic language of the mind and practical methods for interpreting the signs and images that appear in their lives.

75-minute immersive experience combining gentle restorative yoga postures with the healing vibrations of a sound bath
The session begins with a short guided centering practice to help you arrive fully in the space, followed by deeply supported restorative yoga poses using props for maximum comfort. As you rest in each pose, a live soundscape of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other resonant instruments surrounds you, helping to quiet the mind, release tension, and promote deep nervous system restoration.

You can do as much or as little as you’d like of the itinerary, but we’ll plan a full schedule of fitness and wellness for you, and hopefully by the end, you will feel a renewed sense of self, and will leave with new friends and a love for Pilates & fitness! In addition to all of the workouts & wellness classes, you can relax by the pool, enjoy a hike in the beautiful Ramapo Mountains, eat healthy, nutrient-dense meals, & partake in a local wine tasting. We hope you leave feeling toned, relaxed, & most importantly, healthier than when you started the retreat!
