Private Guest Houses with Gym & Pool Access
$795+tax per night for two guests in one of our 3-5 bedroom private guests houses with breakfast, wi-fi and parking included ($895+tax per night for weekend dates between May 1st and October 31st). You get exclusive use of your own private guest house with great room and porch and the bedroom of your choice. If you would like more than one bedroom, you can add extra bedrooms for $395 each per night; all bedrooms are double occupancy.
Our on-site restaurant is open Wednesday to Sunday for dine-in or take-out. Monday and Tuesday the kitchen is closed but we do have breakfast available for house guests. Our on-site organic market is open Tuesday-Sunday.
Our 7,000 sq ft gym is open 24/7 to house guests.
If you want to enjoy the great outdoors, there are two state parks less than a mile away, with over 70,000 acres of forever-wild parkland. We can suggest the trail for your mood or send you out with one of our guides. Guided hiking excursions are available for $150/hour with a 2 hour minimum, for groups of up to 6 guests. Please book before arriving so we can confirm a guide for your preferred time.
We have Cervelo road bikes, Santa Cruz mountain bikes and Gazelle E-bikes available for rent for $200 per day. Guided kayak excursion 2.5 hours available for $250 per person for a minimum of 4 guests. Private yoga sessions are available for $250/hour for groups of up to 10 guests.
The Farm House is our take on a modern farmhouse with wrap-around porches and giant hydrangeas. It has 3 bedrooms with 3 ensuite baths. All bedrooms are on the second floor and have their own AC control and fan, Frette linens, down pillows and comforters, with non-down bedding available upon request. A large living room has a conference table for 8 and a 60-inch TV for meetings (or movies!). There is a large walk-in bar/pantry for entertaining.

Named after its historic stone structure, The Rock House is a favorite–when we host weddings, it’s often selected as the groom’s house for the night of the rehearsal dinner. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 baths: 1 king bed and bath downstairs, 2 king bedrooms with ensuite baths and 2 bedrooms with twin beds that share a large bathroom on the second floor. The first floor features 2 sitting rooms, a 60-inch TV and a wet bar. There are porches on the front and back.

The Verandas is a lovely Southern-style Victorian home with 5 bedrooms with 5 ensuite baths. Three bedrooms are on the second floor and 2 on the main floor, with Frette linens, down pillows and comforters, with non-down bedding available upon request. There are 2 sitting rooms, 1 on each floor. The first floor sitting room has wrap-around seating facing a fireplace, a wet bar and a large-screen TV for friends to gather.

This house is a no-pet guest house, but we do accept pets at our other three guest houses.
Twin Peaks is our transitionally designed home where modern design meets classic styling. It has 4 bedrooms with 4 ensuite bathrooms, with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 on the main floor. All bedrooms have their own AC control and fan, Frette linens, down pillows and comforters, with non-down bedding available upon request. The spacious living room features a wet bar and 60- inch television; a large covered porch offers plenty of room for entertaining.

You will also have access to our media and games rooms to watch selected movies, documentaries and lectures. Play ping pong and relax in our massage chairs and dance the night away with our studio quality sound system and disco lights.
Starting this spring we will have hot and cold water treatments poolside. Sauna, jacuzzi and cold dips.
Historic house lovers will also be offered a tour of historic Tuxedo Park by Michael Bruno and art lovers will be provided tickets to Storm King Art Center.
