Vivian Rosenthal, Lauralee Kelly, and Jeff Carreira have each dedicated their lives to the pursuit of spiritual fulfillment and healing. In this 3-day retreat they bring together their wisdom and experience to create a uniquely transformative event.

We are not isolated individuals living in an indifferent universe, we are a living extension of the universe. We are cosmic beings living human lives. When we open to our truly universal nature an energetic current of love, creativity, healing, and wisdom flows through us. This retreat is about connecting to our universal source and learning to allow its mysterious potentials to transform our lives.

This will be a unique opportunity that brings together the practices of breathwork, journeying, guided energy and sound healing, meditation, and yoga nidra, blended together in a harmonious synthesis that will support deep awakening and transformation.

What You Can Expect From This Retreat

This is a highly experiential retreat that centers on practices that truly have the power to transform. Throughout our three days together you will participate in six practice sessions. The first three of these will be devoted to work clearing obstacles that might prevent us from realizing our higher potentials and then stabilize our hearts and minds for the higher journey ahead. The final three practice sessions will open your heart, mind, and soul to the cosmic nature of your being. You will experience yourself and the world from an unimaginable vantagepoint as subtle and benevolent energies gather in support of your awakening.

Lauralee Kelly

Lauralee Kelly works with the subtle energies of consciousness and the body to guide others in creating safe, nurturing spaces where they can transmute past traumas, reintegrate soul parts, and reconnect with the light of their true selves. Drawing on many years of experience, as well as her studies in Craniosacral Therapy, Somatoemotional Release, Lomi Ke Ala Hoku (indigenous Hawaiian healing practices), as well as several shamanic healing lineages, Lauralee has developed her own unique somatic approach to energy healing. Rooted in deep listening and compassion, her guided light-body sessions support others in meeting vulnerable aspects of self and releasing long-held patterns. A process of deep grounding, witnessing, and clearing enables energetic debris and unconscious imprints to be lifted, allowing for deeper expansion and integration on all levels of our being.

Jeff Carreira

Jeff Carreira has taught meditation and mystic philosophy online and throughout the world for over twenty years. As a spiritual guide he offers retreats and courses leading individuals in a form of meditation called “The Art of Conscious Contentment.” This simple and effective technique has led thousands of people to experience liberation from the confines of fear and self-concern in the expansive awareness that is our true home. As a philosopher, he is interested in ideas and perspectives that move us from our current paradigm of separation and isolation into an emerging paradigm of unity and wholeness. He is passionate about philosophy because of how ideas shape our perception of reality and our lives. Jeff is the author of many books including: The Miracle of Meditation, Radical Inclusivity, Paradigm Shifting, The Path of Cosmic Consciousness and the recently released Embrace Your Cosmic Self.

Vivian Rosenthal

Vivian Rosenthal’s breathwork journeys are cosmic light activations, which allow you to access higher heart consciousness and self-love, and ultimately become your own inner healer. In this liminal space the breath allows you to release stuck and suppressed negative emotions and trauma in the body to make space for healing to occur. Through breathwork you can touch feelings of deep self-love, bliss and unity consciousness. Tears, laughter and unexpected feelings and emotions often surface as we move through layers of conscious and unconscious programming, patterns, stories and behaviors. The breathwork activations help you connect with your intuition (higher self), your creativity (divine purpose) and break free of addictions, traumas and limiting beliefs.

There are 20 guest rooms, all with their own baths. All rooms have queen or king beds with Casper mattresses and Frette linens.

You will never go hungry. We have an on-site organic market with green juice on tap. You can help yourself anytime you like. We have two restaurants, and we are known for our many dining venues throughout the property. We are known for our fresh and healthy food, with vegan options.
