This is a two-night, three-day all-inclusive bohemian luxury immersion retreat at Valley Rock Inn.
Many of us dream of an Eat, Pray, Love journey—traveling to breathtaking places, savouring delicious food, meditating, and rediscovering ourselves. We long for a magical escape to find clarity, love, inspiration, and happiness. But transformation isn’t a one-size-fits-all experience.
This retreat is a sacred space for deep healing, reflection, and self-discovery.
Your personal journey may look entirely different from the classic Eat, Pray, Love narrative—and that’s perfectly okay. This retreat is not about following a script. You don’t need an ashram, tropical beaches, or a perfectly curated itinerary to find what your soul truly needs. It’s about healing, releasing grief or sadness, and reconnecting with yourself. It’s about finding peace, gaining clarity, and giving yourself permission to love and nurture yourself.
Food, as a symbol of growth and change, will help you reconnect with your body and emotions. Prayer, in whatever way resonates with you, will deepen your sense of presence and inner peace. Love—starting with self-love—will expand your capacity to give and receive more fully.
We are all alchemists, capable of transforming our past experiences into wisdom, just as traditional alchemists sought to turn lead into gold. For us, transformation is not about matter but energy—allowing fluidity, renewal, and rebirth on a cellular level. Nothing is meant to remain static. Even the transition from life to death is a magical journey, a continuous renewal of the self.
Life takes us to the edges of loss, growth, and change. We embrace the journey of living and healing without shame.
This retreat offers a deeply transformative experience through:
• Daily Meditation & Breathwork – Elevate your energy and align with your higher self.
• Embodiment & Somatic Practices – Use conscious movement to reconnect with your emotions and clear stagnant energy.
• Sound Healing & Integration – Experience the power of sacred sound to create harmony within.
• Nourishing, Locally Sourced Meals – Understand how food regenerates and heals your body.
• Sacred Prayer & Reflection – Explore prayer as an act of surrender and receiving, rather than asking.
• Self-Love & Connection – Foster a sense of belonging and unity beyond perceived barriers.
• Balancing Science & Spirituality – Elevate your awareness, intuition, and life force energy.
By fully surrendering to this process, you will create lasting changes, leading to greater happiness, authenticity, and alignment with your true purpose.
What feelings does your soul need to experience? What is it searching for? Take a moment to reflect.
If you seek guidance in visualizing or creating your Eat, Pray, Love journey, we invite you to join us. Together, we will craft an unforgettable experience that honors your unique path and soul’s desires.
This retreat is a sacred space for deep healing, reflection, and self-discovery. If you feel called to embark on your own Eat, Pray, Love journey—one that is uniquely yours—join us.
Your transformation begins the moment you say yes to yourself.
WHY DID U CALL YOUR RETREAT. EAT PRAY LOVE?
Eat Pray Love is an invitation to awaken the desire to feel radically alive !
To be grounded to the Earth through food, connected to the Source through Prayer, and to expand into unconditional love.
For me, this is my “Art of Life “ expressed in Poetry,
So the journey of the Soul prevails !
WHAT DO YOU MEAN WHEN YOU SAY THE RETREAT WILL BE A JOURNEY INTO ALCHEMY OF THE SELF?
The vision of the alchemist is to take something seemingly ordinary or without value and transform it into gold. In the same way, this retreat is a journey of self-transformation—shedding old layers, embracing introspection, and cultivating curiosity about ourselves. It’s about recognizing that what we once saw as unworthy or unremarkable within us can actually be turned into beauty, meaning, and love.
YOU HAD SIGNIFICANT TEACHERS AND EDUCATION; CAN YOU TELL US HOW THEY INFLUENCED YOU?
Awareness, Courage, Gratitude, and Freedom!
My teachers challenged me to step into my power and live authentically, free from fear.
Beyond that, the vast world of wisdom has shown me that expanding consciousness and embracing our humanity is the true journey. Through our time together, they have passed down a lineage of profond knowledge, rituals and ancient practices—offering wisdom and kindness as guiding lights along the path.
WHAT IS THE TRAUMA HEALING RESPONSE IN YOUR WORK?
Trauma is something most people struggle to face or share because we’ve been taught to be strong, to suppress our feelings, or worse, we’ve been left alone with our pain or shame , with no one to turn to.
Healing begins when we acknowledge that trauma is a part of our experience .
In a safe space—like the group setting of the retreat—we come to realize that we all carry wounds. By holding space for one another, we create the possibility of transformation.
Together, we can cross the threshold of healing, hand in hand, no longer bound by secrecy, but supported in our journey forward.
HOW IS SOUND HEALING EXPERIENCED AT THE RETREAT?
The sound bath is a deeply immersive experience. Since the body is composed of nearly 90% water, it naturally resonates with the frequencies (oscillations of vibrations ) of the instruments that are played (Gongs , Metal and Crystal bowls, voice etc …). These vibrations help guide the mind into Theta and Delta states, allowing for recalibration on a cellular level and harmonization of the nervous system .
As awareness of the physical world fades, participants can access deeper layers of their unconscious mind, opening the door to profound relaxation and inner insight. The experience is simple yet powerful—each person lies comfortably on a mat, allowing the body to fully relax and receive the healing sound .
HOW DOES CORE ENERGENICS AND CARL JUNG RELATE TO YOUR WORK?
Carl Jung’s influence is deeply tied to individuation—the process of fully becoming ourselves while remaining connected to the greater whole. I love that true existence isn’t about isolated individualism but about embodying life through connection with others. Core Energetics offers dynamic practices to explore this by working through the defense mechanisms and patterns we’ve relied on for protection. As long as we deny our wounds, we also deny our potential for transformation. During the retreat we ‘ll explore this with specifics embodiment practices .
YOU SAID TRUE LEARNING NEVER ENDS, SO WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO KEEP GROWING?
True learning is a lifelong journey of growth, self-discovery, and transformation. It’s not just about gaining knowledge but integrating wisdom through experience. It requires curiosity, openness, and the courage to challenge our beliefs. At it’s core, true learning also means letting go—of control, old patterns, and resistance. When we surrender to the process, we create space for deeper wisdom, clarity, and connection, allowing us to evolve with greater awareness, compassion, and authenticity.
