Jen Batson has been involved in the world of wellness since 2009. She has a background in teaching yoga (vinyasa, restorative, yin, hot yoga)and Pilates, along with Shamatha meditation, Reiki, Thai yoga massage, Eden Energy Medicine & Monroe Institute Energy Medicine. In 2024 she founded JBY: Stretch and Wellness Therapy with two locations between South Orange, NJ and Sloatsburg, NY.
Samantha Kearns has been teaching yoga for over a decade, with a passion for making the practice accessible to individuals at every stage of their wellness journey. In addition to yoga, Samantha is a certified sound healer and breathwork facilitator. She weaves somatic experiencing, guided meditation, and healing frequencies into her classes—creating an immersive, mind-body experience. Her sound baths incorporate crystal bowls and breathwork to help participants access deep calm and clarity. Known for her grounded insights, gentle humor, and inclusive approach, Samantha creates a welcoming space for both new and seasoned yogis alike.

You will never go hungry. We have an on-site organic market with green juice on tap. You can help yourself anytime you like. We have two restaurant kitchens, and we are known for our many dining venues throughout the property to keep each meal interesting. Our food is fresh and clean, and we offer extensive proteins. You can be vegan or a carnivore. We serve wine and cocktails, with the exception of our January dates.

Your stay includes one of our private guest houses with 3-5 bedrooms, use of our 6,000 sq ft gym, 75ft lap pool (in season), a choice of a guided hike, bike ride, spin class, sound meditation or yoga class for your group.
You will also have access to our media and games rooms to watch selected movies, documentaries and lectures. Play ping pong and relax in our massage chairs and dance the night away with our studio quality sound system and disco lights.
Starting this spring we will have hot and cold water treatments poolside. Sauna, jacuzzi and cold dips.
Historic house lovers will also be offered a tour of historic Tuxedo Park by Michael Bruno and art lovers will be provided tickets to Storm King Art Center.
