A restorative experience featuring yoga, meditation, healing mudras, deep relaxation, reflection, and personal intention setting.
As summer winds down, take time to slow down, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect with what matters most. This nurturing workshop blends gentle yoga, meditation, healing mudras, deep relaxation, and guided journaling to help you gain clarity, restore your energy, and create intentional goals for the rest of the year. Leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and ready to move into the final months of 2026 with purpose. Bring a yoga mat and journal—all are welcome, no experience necessary.
Time for you to reset after a busy summer! Helen will guide you through asana, meditation focused on healing mudras and deep relaxation. The workshop will end with time to create personal intentions for the rest of the year.
Most of my clients are busy Moms who are constantly planning and organizing kids and their households. They often don’t have the luxury of time to pause and reflect on their personal needs. I wonder how many other people feel this way? I have found by keeping focused on what I need as well as what my family needs, I show up as a stronger, more effective leader for myself and my clients.
Late summer is a time to gather the fruits of your harvest and to clear space for the last season of the year. It is a perfect time to reorganize and create a closing intention for the year. With everyday distractions and being pulled by everyone’s needs, it is important to set a clear resolve for yourself as you go into the fall. What did the peak of the summer season bring? Do you remember your resolutions from January? What do you want to bring forth and finish by the close of this year?
My target audience is anyone who needs to refocus after a busy summer. This includes any busy Moms, professionals and retired adults. My target audience is also wellness (yoga, energy, meditation) teachers, writers, artists that are looking for inspiration to fuel their classes.
Although I am a yogi, energy healer and artist, I come from a marketing background. My program will stand out amongst others because I create a space where you can show up as you are and feel deeply heard. I blend practical tips with movement and a yogic approach that makes the challenge of personal reflection joyful.
Bring your mat and a journal. Release stored emotions, gain clarity and close the last quarter of 2026 with focus.
10 am – Meet and greet.
10:10 am – Gentle yoga, meditation, mudras and relaxation
11:40 am – Writing prompts. Setting personal intentions and/or creating a few simple enthusiastic personal mantras.
12:15 pm – share intentions/closing remarks.
