Enjoy yoga, guided workshops, a nourishing lunch, and restorative practices in a welcoming women's circle.
A restorative women-only retreat featuring welcome tea & light snacks, gentle yoga, breathwork, guided workshops, journaling, a nourishing lunch, restorative yoga or sound bath, and meaningful connection in a supportive space for self-reflection and renewal.
This women-only retreat is designed for women who are seeking connection, reflection, and a healthier relationship with their mind body and spirits. As certified yoga teachers, we bring a fresh and vulnerable approach that makes space for honesty, self-acceptance, and community. Rather than reinforcing social media or society’s narrow ideals, this retreat honors the diversity, wisdom, and beauty of real women exactly as they are and also creates space to shed what no longer serves.

For as long as she can remember, Janine has been drawn to helping others feel beautiful, seen, and deeply connected to themselves. What began as a career in the beauty industry has evolved into a lifelong journey of healing, creativity, and conscious living.
With over 20 years in the hair and beauty industry, Janine built a successful bridal hair business and previously owned a clothing boutique, creating spaces where people could celebrate life’s most meaningful moments with confidence and authenticity. As her own path unfolded, she discovered that true beauty begins within.
At just 22 years old, a life-changing experience through “The Landmark Forum” in New York City became the catalyst for a profound journey of self-discovery and personal transformation. The Forum introduced her to a new way of seeing herself, her relationships, and the limitless possibilities available when we live with intention and authenticity. That experience ignited a lifelong commitment to personal growth one that continues to shape the way she leads, connects, and creates space for others today.
Her path naturally expanded into becoming a certified 200-hour yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner, deepening her understanding that healing begins when we reconnect with our bodies, quiet the mind, and open the heart. These practices, combined with decades of life experience, allow her to guide others with compassion, presence, and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey.
A writer, artist, and creator, Janine believes that creativity is a sacred expression of the soul and that each of us carries an inner wisdom waiting to be remembered. Through yoga, meditation, meaningful conversation, and intentional practices, she invites others to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the truest version of themselves.
Her retreats are more than a getaway they are an invitation to pause, restore, and remember who you are beneath the noise of everyday life. Through movement, stillness, creativity, and heartfelt connection, she creates a nurturing space where each person can reconnect with their own inner wisdom and leave feeling grounded, inspired, and deeply renewed.
Tifphani White~King is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, accomplished accounting partner, university professor, and co-founder of The Jasper Collective, a not-for-profit organization committed to promoting and advancing global health and wellness education.
She brings a poised, grounded presence to every room she enters, moving with ease between the demanding precision of a leading global accounting firm, the intellectual rigor of academia, and the more intuitive rhythms of wellness leadership.
Tifphani’s professional path has been shaped by integrity, clarity, and discernment. Her wellness work reflects the same sensibility, translated into spaces designed for reflection, restoration, and renewal.
Through The Jasper Collective, she has led retreats and workshops centered on health, ‘wellth,’ and wisdom with the goal of curating experiences that are thoughtful, expansive, and deeply restorative. Her work speaks to a modern understanding of wellness ~ one defined by intention, embodiment, and meaningful connection.
Tifphani’s distinctive gift lies in helping busy professionals return to calm, mindfulness, and steady performance flow, whether on the mat or in the boardroom. She also brings a nuanced perspective to the relationship between wellness, purpose, and prosperity, helping translate a passion for well-being into thoughtful approaches to building and preserving the currency of ‘wellth.’
Elegant yet approachable, Tifphani’s style is rooted in breath, presence, and self-awareness, with an emphasis on helping people feel more at home in their bodies and in the rhythm of everyday life. Her work reflects a belief that true luxury is not excess, but ease and moving through the world with grace, steadiness, service, and wholeness.
